Winter is slowly creeping in and so are winter clothes. I don't know about you but layering is one of my favorite ways to dress. This may be a poor example but nonetheless a great winter look. Tights are one of my favorite ways to make an outfit a little more exciting, layered with warm winter socks, and some cute boots. A little touch of color goes a long way. Along with a some red nail polish and a yellow belt to really tie the whole look together. The last thing i love about this outfit is the lace. Yes, there's a lot, yet it's still subtle.

Thrifty is Nifty!
OK, so today I may sound like a little hipster, but whatever labels are dumb anyways. I would just like to day that I LOVE thrift shopping. Like, LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I know not many of you do blah blah name brand this and that, but honestly some of my favorite things I collected from thrift stores. So i have for you today an entire outfit of thrift store finds. (well, almost an entire outfit)
Blazer I found today at a thrift store down the street. Love at first sight.
Boots I found to go along with it as well.
Make- up.
All put together!
Let me know what you all think!!!

Tribal Times
Hello lovely ladies and gents, today I’m flashing back to my
favorite looks of summer. Many of you know high waist shorts and tribal
patterns were everywhere this summer, and I just can’t get enough of them.
First we have a pair of high waist shorts from forever 21
and a nice coral shear top also from forever 21. This was probably my favorite
summer outfit. I am OBSESSED with high waists. And I love the almost tribal
triangle pattern. The shirt with a little knot in the front just really ties it
all together. You could add a belt if you want, but I’m more of a minimalist.
Next I have my lovely friend in her tribal tank we found at
a vintage shop in Columbia, MO. She pulls it all together nicely with a braided
skinny belt and some regular shorts. This look is also great for any summer
day, especially the hot ones.
Well, I’ve said my piece for today. I hope you enjoyed and
stock up on that tribal patterning for next summer.

My Faves #1
This is one of my favorite shirts. 1) Audrey Hepburn herself is a style icon. 2) it's comfy. This was a random Forever 21 find. I went out for a winter coat and came home with this, and a bunch of other miscellaneous items. Anyways, my point is sometimes simple is better. Simply add some leggings or jeans and there. One of those things that goes with most things. Something I'll keep for a long time.
My second and last pick of the day are my Steve Madden tribal print moccasins. (Snookie has the same pair) these are my favorite fall, winter, whenever, shoes. LOVE THEM. They are comfy not to mention adorable. A must-have if I may say so.

Do Blondes Really Do It Better?
Another topic for today is almost old news, but I still think it's worth a mention. This topic is Miley Cyrus's new and very dramatic haircut. An almost throwback to the Britney Spears fiasco minus a whole lot of crazy. Cyrus had tweeted about her extremely famous and fashionable high ballet bun saying "bye bye" much to many of her fans dismay, she decided to chop it off. Now you're wondering why this is such a big deal, yadda yadda yadda... Well here's a visual for you.
Miley's new Pink-esque hair is very different from her former style. Although she is receiving a lot of negativity for her new look, Cyrus is seemingly confident. I feel she pulls it off well (loving the spike chain necklace), however it is not the look I personally would choose for her. To each his own, I guess. As for this post, it's over.

Fashionably Fabulous Me
This blog is a summary of everything I love. Make-up, clothes, shoes, accessories, nails, you name it, and I'll probably have something to say. Now don't mistake me for some fashion expert living in New York, or somewhere fabulous as that. No, I'm just a normal teenager from a suburb in the midwest here to fill you in on what I find fashionable, cute, disgusting, ugly, or (insert adjective here). This will be my first post today and I have a treat for you today.
I'm talking about printed leggings!
You can find these beauties very few places right no, http://www.blackmilkclothing.com is one of few places that sells, although the prices are kind of steep if you want to wait a few more months, I'm sure you will be able to find them everywhere. They are very unique and if done right a very nice accent to a plain outfit. well there's my first tidbit of the month, enjoy!
